A printable, one-page format was chosen to provide sales reps with a resource they can reference prior to the sales call. It reinforces the course's three step framework: categorize the objection, ask refining questions, and respond to defuse the objection and move the conversation forward.
Job Aid · Placing Account Holds
A one-page visual reference that distills the Vetracon course into three key behaviors: apply an account hold immediately when a buyer return notice arrives, place the hold without waiting for team lead approval, and contact the buyer the same day, but only after the hold is in place.
The job aid is also attached to the course player's Resources tab, so analysts have a quick reference at the moment of need and team leads have a consistent tool to coach toward.
